Liability Waiver:
By participating in this tournament, all teams and players acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Release of Liability: All participants, including players, coaches, and team members, agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the tournament organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and any associated individuals or entities from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, including but not limited to, those related to personal injuries, accidents, or property damage that may occur before, during, or after the event.
Acknowledgment of Risks: Participants fully understand and acknowledge that participation in the tournament involves inherent risks, including the potential for physical injury. These risks may include, but are not limited to, sprains, fractures, concussions, strains, or other injuries associated with competitive sports. Players are encouraged to assess their physical condition and consult with medical professionals before participating
No Coverage for Injuries: The tournament organizers do not provide insurance coverage for any injuries or medical expenses incurred during participation. All participants are solely responsible for their own health and safety. Players are strongly advised to secure their own personal injury insurance prior to the event.
Voluntary Participation: Participation in the tournament is voluntary, and players acknowledge that they are participating at their own risk. By entering the tournament, players confirm that they are physically capable and prepared for the activities involved, and they assume full responsibility for their actions and safety throughout the event.
Medical Emergencies: In the event of an injury or medical emergency, participants authorize tournament staff to seek medical treatment on their behalf. However, participants understand that any medical costs incurred as a result of such treatment are their own responsibility.

- All participants must meet the age and team composition requirements specified for the tournament.
- Players must register before the deadline to be eligible to participate.
2. Registration:
- Teams must complete the registration form and pay the entry fee by the specified deadline.
- No refunds will be issued for withdrawal after the registration deadline.
3. Team Composition:
- Each team must consist of the specified number of players (including substitutes).
- Teams may be required to submit a roster prior to the tournament.
4. Match Rules:
- Matches will be played according to the established rules (e.g., duration, fouls, substitutions).
- Referees' decisions are final, and any disputes will be resolved by the tournament organizers.
5. Conduct:
- All participants are expected to demonstrate sportsmanship and respect towards referees, opponents, and officials.
- Any form of abuse, harassment, or unsportsmanlike behavior may result in disqualification from the tournament.
6. Equipment:
- Players must wear appropriate football attire, including shin guards and suitable footwear.
- Teams are responsible for their own equipment, including jerseys, balls, and other gear.
7. Health and Safety:
- Participants are encouraged to be in good health and to seek medical advice if needed prior to competing.
- The tournament organizers are not liable for any injuries sustained during the event.
8. Liability Waiver:
- By participating, teams and players agree to release the tournament organizers from any claims for damages or injuries arising from participation.
9. Schedule Changes:
- The tournament organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule, format, or rules as necessary.
- Teams will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.
10. Photography and Media:
- Participants consent to being photographed or filmed during the tournament for promotional purposes.
- Teams may request to opt-out of media coverage in writing prior to the event.
11. Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of NSW, and any disputes will be settled in the appropriate jurisdiction.
12. Agreement:
- By registering for the tournament, teams and participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
